Shipping
- Our products ship from partner warehouses in the United States. We ship to US addresses only.
- Free shipping on US orders of $70+. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.
- Processing: 1-3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 3-7 business days after processing. Some large items can take up to 15 business days.
Christmas order-by dates
- Thu, Dec 10: order by this date for Christmas delivery (up to 3 business days processing + up to 7 business days transit).
- Thu, Dec 3: large items whose product page says they can take up to 15 business days.
These are estimates. Holiday carrier delays can happen.
Returns
- Damaged, defective, wrong or missing-part items: email photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it, send the part, or refund you. No need to ship it back unless we ask.
- Orders not arrived 45 days after shipping are reshipped or refunded.
- We can't accept change-of-mind returns. You can cancel for a full refund before your order ships.
