Tinsel & Tail (Groundplane Goods) ships to addresses in the United States only.

Where orders ship from

Our products ship from partner warehouses in the United States. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery: after shipping, most orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days. Some large or bulky items can take up to 15 business days; the product page notes when an item takes longer.
• Order by Thursday, December 10 for Christmas delivery. Large items whose product page says they can take up to 15 business days: order by Thursday, December 3.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can happen, especially during the holidays, so please order early for gifts.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
• Standard shipping on orders under $70: $8.

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Problems with delivery

If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived 45 days after shipping, email us at hello@tinselandtail.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy for details.
