This website, tinselandtail.com, is operated by Groundplane Goods, doing business as Tinsel & Tail ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they reference, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. We sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell products sourced from established suppliers and shipped by fulfillment partners. We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, including its dimensions. Some product photos are styled lifestyle images; colors and finishes may vary slightly by screen. Please check the listed dimensions before ordering. Many larger items require simple assembly.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate purchase and contact information. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify and its payment partners.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping times, rates, returns and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. In short: damaged, defective, wrong or missing-part items reported within 14 days of delivery are replaced or refunded; we don't accept change-of-mind returns; and you can cancel for a full refund before your order ships.

7. Pet safety

Please choose products suited to your pet's size and behavior, follow the included instructions, and supervise pets with new products.

8. Website use

Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose or try to interfere with its security or operation. Content on this site, including text and images, may not be copied without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
